First I would like to say Dr. Pitzer was amazing. From day one with us coming in for the consult to the day of surgery. This was my daughter first surgery and she was in good hands. I would highly recommend this surgeon. Second Dr. Lenczewski and Dr. Newcomb bedside manners was not good. I had to reach out after hours twice due to some issues we was having with the line and one basically was nonchalant with no care or concern and the other told me to you tube it. Special thanks to the two nurses from their office that helped me off the clock on a holiday weekend Kylah and Tynia. I really hope the office can do something to accommodate you ladies. Thank you so much.

My son had a gallbladder attack and the ER did an urgent referral to Riverside Surgical. The surgeon scheduled him for surgery 30 days out. They could not worked him in even tho some surgeries were elective surgeries. He had another severe gallbladder attack and ended up in the ER. The ER Dr called the practice and the Er Dr as told he was scheduled for surgery and could wait. The ER Dr was uncomfortable sending him home called in the surgeon on call and he was scheduled for surgery the next day. He had very large gallstones as large as golf balls. I pray we never have to use this practice again. Bad judgement calls.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice in general and Dr. Lenczewski in particular. Everyone has been so kind and considerate, and they made every effort to get me on the office and OR schedules ASAP. Dr. Lenczewski explained every step of the plan in layperson terms. His compassion and empathy sets him apart from other physicians. I am grateful beyond words for Dr. Lenczewski, his office staff, his OR staff, and his practice!

Worst experience ever. Dropped off a document for Dr. Billings. When I asked the staff if it was delivered they said yes. When I spoke to the doctor he never received it. When I got to see doctor Billings, he was all about surgery without consideration for an alternate solution or patients current living conditions. Got a second opinion at Sentara; a truly professional experience. Who would you rather see?
