Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital

2025 JUNE/JULY My first time ever here with a family member and from front desk on the first floor to the second floor patient check-in(Keshia)was so superb and VERY professional and friendly. EVERYONE on the second floor was so welcoming, professional, and wonderful. Melody was such a fabulous, experienced, and nice RN in general. So patient with my family member shows the professional poise in her as a person. Dr. Sears(Anesthesiology) simple nice and easy going. Julie(Nurse) was so nice and pleasant. Wonderful experience had here. I do believe that if you come in ANY establishment with the correct demeanor you will receive the same.

Had a MRI done today... Laura and Michael were the ones that scanned me.. I was scared and anxious and those two really helped and talked me through it during the scan and their kindness and calmness and reassurance really helped me get through the scan! 5 stars for them! They deserve the daisey award! Exceptional care team!

As an Admissions Coordinator for SNF/LTC, I cannot say enough good things about their Case Managers!! Always so on top of it, and ready to go! Always helpful! Go Shervonia, Kate, and Cheryl! What a great team!!!

Anytime you make an ambulance trip to an ER late in the evening on a dark and stormy night it’s a little bit of a crapshoot. What’s their Staffing gonna be like? What’s their patient volume like ? how acute are those patients. Etc. etc. though I live 40 miles to the south And have passed by this hospital many many times going north I’ve never been there physically. Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised, but I guess I shouldn’t say I was surprised because it does have a pretty good reputation locally as a place where the Eastern Shore tries to help its own. The staff was great and made you feel welcome and let you know they were gonna do their best to help you. I’m a fairly sophisticated consumer of medical care and I can tell you that I quickly knew that the seasoned male Nurse Practioner w
