I had the most incredible experience at Riverside Hospital’s Labor and Delivery unit, and I can’t thank the team enough for the care and support they provided during one of the most important moments of my life. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. The nurses were not only highly skilled, but also warm, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout labor and delivery. They were attentive to both my medical needs and emotional well-being, and their encouragement made all the difference during the most intense moments. My experience at this hospital was unacceptable. For over a month, I was in and out of the ER with severe, unexplained weight loss — more than 30 pounds in about four weeks. My normal weight is 140–145 lbs, so losing that amount so quickly was dangerous. I was passing out, unable to eat, and clearly in serious distress. Instead of being taken seriously, I was repeatedly dismissed. After finally being admitted, one physician suggested my condition was “probably just stress” and recommended mental health care rather than continuing to investigate obvious physical symptoms. When surgery was discussed, the surgeon was openly hesitant and spent more time warning me about the possibility of being sued than focusing on my care. I just wanna say although I stayed overnight my experience was very good. My surgeon from ENT clinic performed my procedure and was successful thank the Lord. The nurses and CNA"s on the fourth floor catered to me ensuring my needs were melt. My first time as a patient with Riverside and indeed it was a pleasant experience. Riverside You guys ROCK!

We delivered here. Everyone was great. Felt warm and comforting. All the staff was great, from environmental to nutrition. Answered all of our question. We were discharged by Jodie, she was great btw. Fast forward to Wednesday, we had to re-admit our baby. They were prepared for his photo therapy, and we got to see Jodie again. I think she could tell we were upset. She consoled us and helped my wife and I feel ok about the whole process.

This is the second time I’ve gone to riverside ER and the second time I’ve received the worst service of any hospital I’ve been to. If you have the means to go to another hospital for care, do that. I went to the ER based on the recommendation from my primary care physician. Once there, you have to go through security to get in. Then, you enter into a waiting room that’s under construction. After triage and an EKG, I was sent to a room for maybe 15 minutes to talk to a doctor. Then I was quickly placed in a chair in a “room”(really a hallway) with multiple other patients and given 2 bags of saline. I provided a urine sample and then spoke with the attending doctor in the same room with multiple patients for approximately 5 minutes. I left with an antibiotic prescription. For this, they ch
