I moved from Gloucester to the Williamsburg area and, in the process of getting a new PCP I came here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. After my initial visit, I had a question and my message was followed up by Darcy who was very kind and very helpful. Dr. Hercules was just was pleasant and knowledgeable as well as getting all of my needs met. I am very grateful and highly recommended this place. Top notch!

I went to Dr. Barron due to it being over two months since my last period. I was hesitant to return to her, as she has been dismissive in the past (after which I received a fibromyalgia diagnosis from another doctor). Her nurse asked me how many days since my last period and took my vitals. Dr. Barron walked in laughing off my situation, sat down, and taught me how the birth control I have been on for over three years works, without bothering to ask if I had questions. She did zero evaluation, asked no follow up questions, and took no labs. She said "you'll have a period eventually, all good? Alright happy holidays". I felt incredibly dismissed and belittled. Clearly I should have heeded the other reviews that advised that Dr Villanueva doesn't listen well to his patients. It was clear in both his attempts at care as well as the visit notes that can be read on my chart. It was clear that he did not listen to me. He statwd that he was putting in a full thyroid panel and I confirmed the test names with him, yet he still never ordered a TSH. His practice called me 15 minutes after I left to let me know that apparently he was ordering an EKG, which he never said anything to me about to begin with. When I went to get the lab work at Riverside Doctors Hospital in Williamsburg, I was told there was no EKG order put in. I am very disappointed by this establishment. I had an appointment this morning, but Dr. Barron did not show up. When I asked the front desk employees, they responded, "What do you want me to do?" I don't understand why the front desk representatives can't be straightforward and let me know that my doctor is not there instead of making me wait for more than 20 min. I will not be coming back to this office, especially after the treatment that I received from the front desk agent.

I have always had a great experience at Riverside Norge. The staff is incredibly welcoming, creating a comfortable and professional environment from the moment you walk in. The physicians are kind and attentive, and the nurses are absolutely wonderful, always taking the time to ensure you feel heard and cared for. My primary care provider is here, and scheduling an appointment is easy and convenient. She takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and works with me to address any health issues thoroughly. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention she provides. All of my kids are also seen here, and we love their provider.
