The physicians are excellent during in person appointments. However, the aftercare experience has been consistently disappointing for my child and I and this has reached a point where I am genuinely frustrated. I have reached out multiple times over several days (its been over 8days) for follow-up questions and time-sensitive matters, yet even after repeated outreach, I still have not received an answer to something that should take no more than a few minutes to address. Each time, I was told that my physician would respond or had been informed, but timely follow-through did not occur especially after expressing the urgency. I see Dr.Chopra and I've had phenomenal experiences with the office in general. Dr.Chopra was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions and really helped me get my health on track. I usually struggle with any new online thing but I really love MyChart. I can see up coming appointments, my do list, summary notes from old appointments, make appointments, upload records ECT. I honestly had not been seeing a doctor even close to regularly and it can be intimidating but I felt really hard and supported. I've never waited for over a few minutes, and in the client intake they even ask about finances to accommodate anyone who maybe can't pay for everything upfront/could benefit from other resources. On September 22, 2023, my fiancé attended his new patient appointment with Mr. Cary. He was impressed with Mr. Cary's bedside manner, but he was very disappointed with the lack of aftercare that followed. After his appointment, my fiancé retrieved his bloodwork and knew that he would need medication based on the results. He reached out to the office on two occasions to speak with Mr. Cary about the results and to get the medication he needed but to no avail. On October 10, 2023, I called the office myself to express my concern about the lack of professionalism and attention to my fiancé's health. I was told that someone would call my fiancé back by Friday, October 13, 2023. However, according to our phone records, your office did not call my fiancé on October 11, 2023, as you claimed. I

I want to say that I had a great experience. From my visit with Dr. Feroze to the front desk team. Dr. Feroze was a listening ear. She was very friendly and very informative. The front office manager, Cody, was so very helpful and friendly. I received great customer service from the front office team, Leann, Sarah and Maggie. Thank you all for providing such excellent customer service. I was having a rough day when I visited but you guys made my day so much better. You really did lift my spirits. Again, Thank You!

I am a patient of Dr. Chopra and I absolutely love her! She is attentive, gives great medical advice, and so down to earth. I think she is a great fit for patients of all ages.
