Lots of improvements made with staffing, the CNA ‘s working as a team. Especially Carmen who is caring and a loving person ! Their attitude makes a more pleasant atmosphere for their love ones and have confidence in the care they provide . New remodeled facility looks great!

I cannot recommend Deatriss Hayes highly enough as a concierge! She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality truly set her apart.

Deatriss Hayes is the Concierge person for Riverside Post Acute. There are not enough adjectives to describe her effervescent personality, beautiful disposition, and kind and generous heart. I am so impressed with all of the much needed upgrades to the facility and staff. My mom has only been a resident for a couple of days now but the staff seems to really have compassion. They're professional, and appear to be committed to excellence.
