Riverside Pediatrics

We’ve had a wonderful experience at a riverside Pediatrics from the moment we walk in, the front desk staff is warm, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting area is clean, kid-friendly, and never overcrowded, which is a big plus with little ones. The doctors and nurses are truly exceptional—patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer all of our questions without rushing, and they have a gentle and calming way of interacting with children that immediately puts both kids and parents at ease. Appointments are easy to schedule, and they do a great job accommodating sick visits on short notice. The follow-up care is also thorough, and the staff always follows up to check on our child after an illness or immunization! Strongly recommend 🥰

My family and I have had great experience with Riverside Pediatrics this past year with our daughter. The front desk staff is always helpful with scheduling and you can always get through to them when you call in. Dr. Watman is always patient with us and answers all our questions. When our daughter had a fever a doctor got on the phone and gave us specific instructions for Tylenol dosage. Would recommend!

I had a very nice experience at Riverside Pediatrics and both of my kids did as well. I’ve loved Dr Vaishali, she was very attentive and had a great connection with the kids. The staff was very nice as well.

Dr. James is so incredibly kind and caring and thoughtfully listens and address all of our questions or concerns. The front desk staff are all great

STAY AWAY. Took my son here who was complaining of a sore throat and cough. Paid my co-pay and waited. After the doctor saw him I asked them when we would get the results of the tests. They told me they only tested for Strep. I asked why they didn’t test for Covid and flu as well. I was then asked if I have been to medical school and that it wasn’t necessary. I said it only takes one minute to do the swab and I took time off of work to be there so it seems to me it would makes sense. So they did it and afterwards told me they wouldn’t put it through insurance because it wasn’t medically necessary. They were condescending and rude. Any doctor that doesn’t think a covid and flu swab is necessary for a kid in school who has a cough and sore throat needs to have their medical license reviewed.
