I received excellent medical care at this office. The doctors really take their time to understand patients. I was provided with quality and timely medical care that left me feeling much better. I'm also very grateful for a discount I received when I couldn't pay the whole bill. They then gave me a claim form that I used to get fully reimbursed by my insurance. Truly great experience. I have been going to this practice since I moved to Greenwich about 4 years ago. I have had chronic sinus infections (from allergies) my entire life, and this is the first doctor's office that has ever given me a cortisone shot in my arm to relieve the inflammation in my nose. It has been life changing! I feel better within hours. I tell my husband all the time that we can never move because I need to be near Dr. Gabriel's office so that I can be cured every time I get a sinus infection. I get 4 allergy shots every two weeks, but it is still not enough to keep me healthy year round. Before going to Dr. Gabriel's office, I used to get sinus infections 6-10 times a year, now I am down to 1-2. I am so grateful for this practice. It is worth the cost of paying out of pocket. I had such a great experience here a few months ago. They treated a really bad sinus infection that I just couldn't shake. This practice provides a variety of care options. There was an in person doctor and another one that practices telemedicine. I made one payment and I had 24 hour free access to Dr. Gabriel through his personal phone number. This was like concierge service I've seen at other practices, but I received this care after only one service charge. So grateful for the care I received and being able to communicate directly with a doctor free of charge.

I just went to this URGENT care this morning for a COVID test and the woman was extremely unprofessional behind the desk and yelled at me for coming in there for a test and backed up from me like I had the cooties! They don't take insurance and they wanted $225 to see the doctor and then a $95 fee for the test. GIVE ME A break! Dont go there if you want people with good customer service skills!

They don't take insurance and there is no way to know this until you finish filling out the forms. The Dr. seeing my child was unkind to him and my husband. My son has ASD (on the spectrum) and also has myriad sensory issues. He was there for a stick in the eye. He was hurting, crying, and scared. At the end of the appointment, the Dr. handed a note to my husband that read my son was "Attention Seeking." Utterly unprofessional. We come to Dr.s for care when we are hurt...not to be scolded. I will never visit this office again and will share that people should avoid.
