Riverside Pediatrics of New Canaan

Sadly the practice has gone very downhill since Dr. Munez left. He was amazing and my son’s doctor for six years . Yesterday I requested a phone call after my son‘s visit regarding a few questions and ways my son was feeling afterwards and I was shut down so aggressively over the phone because it was 5:03 and the APRN had to leave. She was beyond rude. Would not let me finish and told me that she was going to end the call because she had her own child to go pick up. As a concerned parent being shut down like that just didn’t feel good. As a school administrator in Fairfield County I can no longer recommend families to the practice. A few years ago one of the male doctors, commented on my son‘s weight( my son has never been overweight) which made him VERY insecure for quite a few weeks. We

We love Riverside Pediatrics! We have been going here since my oldest (of 3) was one month old and have been so happy with our experience. All of the staff is great, it is easy to schedule appointments, including last minute sick visits, the wait times are short and the office is clean and modern. They also offer weekend and holiday appointments and have a really responsive after hours service. We have been so happy with the care we have received from them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Riverside Pediatrics. My kids have been patients here since they were born and I’m finally taking the time to leave the great review they deserve. The front desk and nursing staff are friendly and truly care about the well-being of their patients. The pediatricians are top-notch! A big shout out to Dr. Scott Oster who recently saw one of my kids for an allergic reaction. He made her feel comfortable and safe, listened to our concerns, followed up and showed genuine compassion. What an amazing physician! Another big shout out to Angie, a nurse who recently gave my child her flu shot what a caring and kind nurse. Thank you! The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. We've been patients at this practice for three years, and we couldn't be more pleased with the care. The front staff is always welcoming and incredibly prompt, even with after-hours calls. Dr. Oster is absolutely fantastic! Not only is he highly knowledgeable and professional, but he also has a kind, friendly demeanor that makes each visit feel more like talking to a friend than a doctor. We truly appreciate the excellent service and care, and we highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great experience!
