Dr. Festa was a consummate professional. The hygienist was very experienced and charming. The receptionist Kristin was unnecessarily rude and her demeanor made me uncomfortable. It seems she was more concerned with collecting payment than my overall experience as a new patient. She rushed me out the back door after my appointment and seemed annoyed I was taking so long to leave. I would encourage Kristin to examine her unconscious or implicit biases. I later called my insurance to verify that payment was due at time of service and as I suspected, the claim should have been billed out to insurance first. I can recommend Dr. Testa but would be reluctant to deal with his receptionist again.

I love Barbara. She’s kind, compassionate and gentle. She’s always on time. Dr. Festa also had a gentle hand and gave me good news.

Dr. Festa and his entire staff are wonderful. Can’t recommend enough!
