Such a great nursing facility, the nurses take such good care of my dad (James). Front desk is always so helpful and I’m always able to see my dad which is very important, my dad is always feed and maintained very well, they even have his hair styled and his favorite cologne. Also Brenda his social work is the best. Such wonderful, beautiful hearted people. Thank you for taking such good care of my dad. It means the world to me. Summer

I’m very impressed. My father n law has been in here for about 3 years now and tonight I got a phone call from one of the nurses saying my father has a blister on his foot and let me know how they we’re taking care of it. The point to this message is this is not the first time they have informed me almost right away of something that has happened to my father whether it was something big or as small as a little scratch, I love how in touch they have been with me and my wife. This place is constantly providing amazing care, from the wonderful meals, to the cleanliness of my father, thank you for taking such good care of him, we appreciate the team 🙏🏽

The establishment is very old. I've had three different encounters with three different staff members. The PT was very nice on the phone, but unfortunately she gave me the wrong information. She said vistors were able to come anytime. I came anytime, and they said no I have to have an appt. They only have one visiting room. You can't visit your loved ones room. When I did the admission paper work, the manager was kind until I declined certain vaccines. The front office doesn't really seem to want to let you see loved ones. I understand there is a level of safety for others in the home, but really come on. If someone is there to visit a loved one, let them in to see their aging/sick family.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! PLEASE CALL AND REPORT THIS PLACE. THEY NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN FOR LACK OF GOOD QUALITY CARE! NEGLECT, IS ABUSE!! THE STAFF IS TOO BUSY AMONG THEMSELVES TO PROPERLY TAKE CARE OF THE ELDERLY WHO HAVE DEMENTIA. The facility is run down and very old. No TVs in the rooms. No comforts for the patients whatsoever!! AND they allow male patients to grab, hold on, and literally molest the female patients!!!!!!! I witnessed this myself!! I reported them to the elderly abuse hotline!!!

New ownership and it shows. Staff are attentive and work hard to care for their Residents despite some challenges with working with this population. Don't let old outdated reviews deter you from a loving experience.
