Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment my mom, Maryann O.❤️, was sent to Riverside Rehab, I felt an immediate sense of relief. After her recent hospitalization, she needed rehabilitation, and I was honestly very nervous—she did not have a positive experience at another rehab facility a few years ago. This time, however, has been completely different in the best possible way. Riverside Rehab is immaculate. The building is spotless, smells clean, and has such a warm, calming atmosphere. From the nurses and CNAs to the laundry staff and everyone in between, every single person we encountered was welcoming, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. When I first got to the home it was not positive. My problem was some people done know how to talk to other people. As time when on some things got better. Karen the aide is caring and take pride in her work 5 stars for her. The nurses are good. Therapy was good and I have no problem with any one there. Food some good and some not too bad. The place is clean. Susan is a very nice person to me and was respectful towards to me and she listened to me. She smiles all the time. Jevar is a very good CNA. He makes sure I am clean I give him a 5 1/5 stars. He said I respect you as someone older.

Excellent facility and Excellent staff. Karen is awesome 👌. Physical Therapy is good. Very clean building. I don't have too many complaints. The food is good. The recreational penny auction was fun. I like that I can go to the gift shop and socialize with other residents.

We came to visit our friend who is in the new vent unit. She looked wonderful! They had taken really good care of her skin and her nails. We we able to bring her down to a concert with a guitarist who sang familiar songs. Everyone was so friendly and caring. We feel truly blessed to have our friend finally in such a wonderful place.

This facility is horrible and I went to see my loved one. The over whelming smell of infection and rotting flesh was devastating. We had to open his window up and spray his room. His foot was oozing puss and other fluids. There was blood all over his floor by his bed. His legs were so swollen and had wounds and blisters all over him. He had a wound bandage that was last cleaned and changed 11/24/2025. We had to clean him up. Thank God my mom is a nurse and knew what she was doing. My loved one looked like hell. He hadn't been showered in 2 days. The amount of dried skin built up on his foot and leg was insane. His room was filthy. I would give them a one star if I could. That place should be shut down. I have called the state on them and put a camera in his room. We have tried to move him
