I really can’t thank the riverside family dental enough for the incredible care and kindness I received during my visit. As someone with PTSD and severe anxiety around dental appointments, I was genuinely dreading this experience. But from the moment I walked in, every single staff member treated me with such patience, respect, and compassion. They took the time to explain everything gently, even after financially..never rushed me, and always checked in to make sure I felt safe. What could have been a traumatic experience after wayyy to many..turned into one of healing and trust-building experience. This visit was a huge step for me personally, and I left not only with my dental plan care made..but also with a sense of hope that future appointments don’t have to be terrifying. Thank you fo

Great dentist office! I’ve been here for probably 10 or more years when Dr. Redd used to own it. He was such a great dentist, we were sad when he sold the practice. Then Dr. Hiskey came and has been nothing but amazing and very personable. All the staff are very nice. I would recommend this office!

I had a great experience at Riverside Family Dental with Dr. Hiskey and her staff. They were very kind and thorough. Dr. Hiskey is very personable and knowledgable about the latest dental procedures. She explained all my options, paid close attention to my goals and concerns, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or scolded and walked away with a very positive outlook. When I think of the dentist I think of being uncomfortable, being shamed for not flossing daily and just overall think of it as an unpleasant experience. Because of these past experiences I always stretched out my cleaning appts and avoided the dentist best I could. Not with Riverside! Moving to the area required me to switch dentists and it’s completely changed my dialogue of what a dentist appt is like! I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appt here. The setting is comfortable and full of natural light and everyone is very personable and positive….plus my teeth feel great :)
