Absolutely the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, I’ve been to a lot of dentist. I have lost two teeth now waiting for Medi-Cal to approve them. I call and talk to Medi-Cal and they’ve already been approved. I have not received one single phone call from this dentist office since I started with them in August Not one. I am now missing a tooth that could’ve been fixed, but they failed to let me know that it was approved and neglected. Any treatment for me. The dentist walks around like she’s a commando and is horrible to her employees, especially her assistance who by the way can file a lawsuit against you for the way you treat them. Took my 5 year old here and it was the biggest mistake! They say they work with kids but this is not a child friendly facility or experience or environment whatsoever! The female dentist was beyond disrespectful and rude to my child. The dentist poked her to numb her and my daughter did fantastic! The dentist then began to drill her tooth and my daughter felt scared due to the noise. The dentist got very upset with her and I could tell she was getting very irritated. She kept responding to questions with an ugly attitude. She then decides to tell us we need to go somewhere else. I said what was the point of putting my 5 year old through that trauma only to send us away. Mind you she also had me give her medication to make her sleepy/drowsy. This place should be shut down. Every good comment is left by an employee. The worst place you could bring your children your family members. Had to get surgery by another dentist, The dentist does not know what she’s doing. Please do not come here. they just took my money and did not want to refund anything. I will be seeking legal action. My lawyer says I have a case please do not let this happen to you.

Unprofessional inconsiderate the worst place you can possibly bring your kids or go as an individual to get any type of dental work. They were rude and didn’t even solve the problem made the problem worse opened up a tooth and then sent my kid home and said oh well, you figure it out take her somewhere else. If you love your family you will not bring them here. I don’t wish this on anybody just trying to give you guys a heads up of the poor service overdosed my kid, I had to take her to the emergency room worst experience ever

This dentist helped me overcome my fear of dentist visits. I receive the best treatment. I got my smile back and the work is done by a very very good dentist. I highly recommend this dental services. Friendly staff and dentist is one of the best!
