Everyone that I encountered today at this office today was absolutely fantastic. Susan at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. I have never walked into a dentist office before and not been anxious, but Sue took that all away. She had such a calm vibe going, and so friendly. That meant so much to me. Beej was equally as friendly and I felt comfortable with her right away. When I met Dr. Ruffo and told him what I needed and what I wasn't happy with at my last dentist, I felt heard and between him and Beej, I feel like I am in excellent hands. They both listened to me. I feel like a lot of dentists don't take that time, but they did. And thank goodness.... because I forgot to take a pre-dentist xanax. It was totally not needed. My dental hygienist Joan C. Is very caring , thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to me each and every appointment. Dr. Peter is an exceptional dentist and very professional and knowledgeable. They must be doing something right at this practice since I’m going on 48 years as a patient there!! The staff at Riverside Drive have been so good in their care for both myself and my handicapped daughter. She is not an easy patient to work on, but both Deb and Dr. Peter are very patient with her, very gentle with her, and always kind. this office is tops in my book!

My daughter had tremendous pain in her tooth ironically after hours on a Friday night. We left a message to try to get in the next day as they were the only few opened on a Saturday. Before 8 a.m., we got a call on Saturday morning. The receptionist was very nice and showed empathy. She promised to call back once she spoke to the dentist. Although we didn't go to them because we got a call back from another office in the meantime, and we were offered a 9am appointment. They responded and were fantastic with just that one phone call...
