Riverside Community Hospital

My dad had excellent care while recovering from his surgery. The staff on G5 took such great care of him and had a lot of compassion. Dr. Clifford Douglas is a fantastic neurosurgeon. he had compassion and care for my dad and treated him like family. It was easier leaving at night knowing he was cared for by Liliana and Hope. They had great compassion and care for him. Liliana’s aide Amber was also very good. Esquilio the PT was really good. So thankful his surgery was done here.

I love Riverside Community Hospital! Their fast track ER program is amazing. Unfortunately I have had to go to the ER multiple times in the last 5 years and I am extremely happy with each experience. Yesterday was the busiest I had even seen them and even though it’s the longest I’ve ever waited there, I was thankful to every doctor, nurse and healthcare worker I had contact with. I was treated with care, patience, compassion and kindness. I really experienced humanity at its best. Thank you to Dr. Brian Haden for making sure I had something to drink and eat. For being so concerned about what was going on and for going above and beyond. Thank you to Kristen for brining a smile to my face in hard times and drawing my blood. As a visitor, support person, a husband and a father my personal experience from Riverside Community Hospital was great. (10/10).The front desk provided us with a restriction in a very polite matter. Tatiana was always attentive and made us feel like family. Our experience from L&D, all the way through O.B with May, Christa, Lindy, Leo and all the other nursing staff that were present during our stay were always helpful. Our audiologist nurse, Laney, was clearly experienced and was able to provide her service with one of the most kindest and most gentlest form I have ever seen (100/10). I was able to see that every nurse was truly concern for the patient. Their service and love also extended to the support person and really made the stay one of my greatest memories and experiences. I had such a wonderful experience delivering my baby at Riverside Community Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel supported, cared for, and truly seen during such a special and emotional time for our family. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to explain things, check in on me and my baby, and make sure we were comfortable. Their compassion and professionalism really stood out. The nurses in particular were amazing. They were so gentle and encouraging, especially during moments when I felt overwhelmed. They treated us with so much respect and warmth, and it made such a difference during recovery and those first moments with our newborn. The hospital itself also felt very clean and well

Thank you to all the staff! my daughter delivered her first baby it has been an amazing experience. Huge thank you to all the staff that made this experience so easy and comfortable. Savannah, Valerie, and many other nurses made the labor and recovery process so wonderful for my daughter and her new bundle of joy. Also they treated family just as nice. Thank you!!
