I went in to the office for a car accident. At first I was really hesitant and I thought it could have been due to my anxiety. I was transparent about it and they worked with me to use a more gentle machine. I continued my treatment for 3 months. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because in the end I felt like more of a money grab than a person who needed help. At my final appointment I felt pressured into continuing my treatment for another month. I said my settlement was ending, but was told I could reopen it which was not the case. I definitely felt rushed and unheard. Maybe this wasn’t the intention, but the work often seemed to be prioritized over my comfort and my needs. I do appreciate Stephanie’s consistent communication.

Been to this office just twice so far but I like it already for a couple reasons. Dr. Basil is very personable, listened very well and seems passionate about the care he provides. Friendly staff, good hours M-F(late enough to accommodate my work schedule) and their ability to take my insurance all played into my decision to try this office and I’m glad I did. After just 2 adjustments, I can feel a big difference. They’ve been prompt for both appointments (no waiting in the lobby) and I appreciate that!
