This facility needs to be reported to the state, starting with the Director of Nursing and corporate leadership. There are serious concerns about the conditions here: 1. There are no wipes available for resident care. 2. There are no washcloths, towels, or adequate bedding. 3. The facility has a strong odor and appears poorly maintained. 4. There are no pads for the beds The aides are using the little bit of linen that they have as bed pads! With new management in place, it is difficult to understand why the facility has not been update or properly supplied. Basic necessities for resident care should never be lacking. I will also be looking into how much my aunt’s insurance is paying for her stay, because it is unacceptable that family members would need to provide essential items s

They have improved recently and there are amazing nurses. There is a kind nurse that starts with an A and has been so kind to my family so much. My mom has been doing amazing but wished they offer more beverages.

I will start out by saying the front check in is a huge lie. Once you pass those doors it’s completely disgusting smells worse than a pig pen. My gram just left today she was soaked in urine. We got back home the first thing she said to me was they beat me everyday. Meaning when they changed her or moved her they didn’t do it with care. She has bruising everywhere which was not there before she went in. They were so rude when I came in and ask for a towel for my car seat because she was soaked through with urine. This is by far the worst place I have ever been in. Shame on you all.

God forbid our seniors have any dignity, and get any kind of respect. It is dumbfounding to me how bad this place is. I have a family member there who does not get washed up daily she's lucky if people come in to give her water and take care of her. There are a few outstanding employees there but they are few and far between ,there are many more that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy and that's being polite. I am just in disbelief as how people are disrespected when all they need is help. When you chose your career as a nurse or a nurse's aide obviously you knew things that you would have to do within your daily job and to make your patients feel bad because you don't want to do your job is reprehensible.

I had the pleasure of coming to visit my father in law on station 4, yesterday with my husband to take care of finances. The business staff, the nurses, and aides are all WONDERFUL!! However, the verbal abuse that I have heard verbatim, and the staff had to endure from the dietary “manager” over asking for necessities such as juice and tea when everyone in the common area (was given coffee) no juice, cold tea, or water on trays. The aides called for assist, and he comes raging, yelling in the presence of my father, the patients, the workers and CUSSES them all out telling them they have a “SHIT TON” of drinks in the medication room etc… Excuses. A very hostile, tense environment. Bullying. $30000 bill for this????? Snacks for two days were asked for … until Thursday it was an empty.
