Incredibly diligent and kind staff! It had been a while since I had been able to get a cleaning because I hadn’t had dental insurance in several years, so I was really nervous and felt a bit embarrassed going in for my cleaning. However, everyone — including the receptionist, the hygienist, and the dentist — was kind and made sure I didn’t feel embarrassed. They let me know next steps, explained everything they did, and broke down everything they noticed. I never thought I’d say this, but it was actually a pleasant cleaning! The hygienist was careful and thorough and I had no discomfort. Can’t recommend enough. Not to mention the Saturday availability is just the cherry on top. Thank you to all the staff!

I've been here twice so far and both times the staff were very nice and empathetic. The second time was for 2 fillings and Dr. Doran was excellent. He explained things as he went and I felt like he really took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly and the work looks good. Will definitely be returning here for any future work.

I have been coming to this practice my entire life and still won't change even when I moved 40 minutes away! Dr. Doran is really funny and easy going which makes getting dental work never as bad as it could be. The hygienists are always very friendly and do a great job, and Lisa is always accommodating and just plain awesome! The office is clean, quiet and calming, and also in a super convenient location right off of Route 2. I will always recommend Rivereast Dental Group!

As always, the entire experience at Rivereast Dental was great! Caring and skilled professionals. No "dental care anxiety" here. Even the waiting room is comfortable with tv, etc. Office manager Lisa is very knowledgeable of all insurance plans and even "check-out" is a breeze. And... every room has big windows and a great view of many bird feeders and lots of happy birds. All leading to happy dental patients. There are many dental offices closer to my home, but I'll continue to go to Marlborough.

Any dentist but this one!!! Unprofessional, insensitive, and demeaning dentist and staff. My wife visited Dr. Doran last week and was shocked by his behavior after she complained of food trapped by one of her teeth. Dr. Doran's exact response was "not my problem" and he told my wife to "go see a periodontist" as he dismissively walked away from her. Of course, this was after x-rays and a cleaning which is where he had apparently made his money. I'm not surprised that there have not been any Google reviews newer than 3 years as I'm sure the negative ones have been taken down.
