I've been to a lot of pharmacies in my life but never one staffed with such compassionate and genuinely caring people. In particular I'd like to thank Kyle for being the model of both caring and pharmaceutical knowledge. The pharmaceutical industry has many issues so the importance of an amazing pharmacist at the intersection of the business and the patient/customer is critical. Thank you Big Y Pharmacy.

I love the pharmacists here. Darby and Janette (spelling? And Ed insists this is correct name) are awesome. They really know their stuff, update you on any changes, hook you up with any available discounts. ..saved my bacon on many occasions when my insurance was messed up. Some med prices might be slightly higher but you would be surprised how many are not. Service matters...you get what you pay for. I actually drive out of my way from Lebanon to go there because of these ladies and of course Anna.

Your ingenico machine triggered a fraud alert on my account by it not being able to read my chipcard 3x and causing me to swipe. I know it was your machine because I had just used the card at another store. I had to call Bank of America to get my account turned back on and cleared. I spent 40 minutes getting the groceries to begin with and when I finished with Bank of America I went to get my cart so I could pay. I was only gone 7 minutes and an associate already put my things back!! Thank you for wasting my time and you have lost a customer that lives 5 minutes away. Stop and Shop should thank you!

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever been to, and since I’m 63 and in poor health, I’ve been to many! The people who work here are proactive and caring: it’s amazing!

The people that work at this pharmacy make it feel like a small town pharmacy. I appreciate that they always go out of their way to help as much as they can.
