Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy. When you pick up medication in person, the staff is courteous and professional. That part deserves acknowledgment. However, my experience with their delivery service has been consistently problematic, and at this point, unacceptable. The delivery drivers they outsource to are unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I’ve experienced repeated delivery issues, including false claims that my address was incorrect, despite the fact that they have delivered to this same address before, albeit with ongoing problems. This was a fantastic pharmacy until the business was sold and now it is under new management. Probably still better than the big box chains, but service and reliability has unfortunately gone down significantly. Hoping they can turn things around.

Every time I walk in I get a smile and a hello from the pharmacists and assistants. They know our family prescriptions and go out of their way to ensure that we are up-to-date. They phone with any questions. They fill those prescriptions so quickly after receiving them that I can often go directly there from the doctor's office and find them already waiting. I don't need to make invidious comparisons with other pharmacies to praise them; this is a special place with caring people. We are grateful to have them nearby.

This pharmacy They keep excellent records to the point that they know when your meds need a refill before you know. Transferred all my scripts here Got my flue and Covid. They treats everyone like family!

Stella and the staff are very helpful and kind. They are always attentive when you need advise. I receive a lot of help for my clients with their prescriptions and they have excellent blister packs service. Takes the confusion out of taking medication. Riverdale Specialty is an asset to the community.
