Worst ever! Very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and definitely shouldn’t be anyone’s doctor anywhere!

Today I had a 9:15 appointment. I had to call and ask what time they were opening because the door was still locked. The Dr had surgery I’m guessing unscheduled. And The staff this morning was very rude. And whichever staff has twins hung up on me. This was/is unacceptable especially since I pay out of pocket. I had to call back several time for them to finally answer the phone again to reschedule. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DR DICKERSON NEEDS NEW STAFF

Do not recommend. Visited this location 4 times and I’m still experiencing pain for an ingrown toenail that is more serious than before. Instead of treating it, he clips my toenail at an angle. I’m visiting the doc just for someone to clip the edge of my toenail instead of treating the area. He is always telling me to schedule a follow up but never fixes the issue. At this point he seems extremely greedy for money. Also EXTREMELY long wait times even if you schedule an early morning appointment.

Waited over 2 hrs past my appointment time. I was told my orthotics would take 4-6 weeks. It's been over 10 weeks. When I asked to verify they've been ordered, I get told they will call me back... Then they don't. 4 out of 5 times I call during business hours I get the "we are closed" answering service. TERRIBLE service.

I went to the doctor in late December because of foot pain due to a medication. He said that I needed a pair of orthotics. He told me that he would contact my insurance company about them. At my next appointment on 01-18-19, I was measured and told that it would take 30 days to get them back. I called around February 28th to find out about the orthotics. I was told that they weren't in and may arrive in about a week. I called back today and was told that they didn't know when they would arrive. All that I got was I'm sorry. This is not good business especially when I am the only one reaching out to anyone. I want both of my copays back.
