I am new to the practice and my first visit. Everyone was friendly and they were on time. The dentist is thorough and honest. My teeth were fine and he said so. That tells me he is honest and not creating business just to make income. I am glad I discovered them and looking forward to more visits.

The whole visit went buttery smooth. Dr. E and his hygienist got those steady hands, made me forget I was even at the dentist. Zero pain, no weird tastes in my mouth—literally walked out whistling. Even the receptionist , Madeline, had this killer playlist on. Yasmine and all of the staff were very friendly, made me feel comfortable and were very professional. Honestly you guys are ruining other clinics for me. Thank you for such a great experience!

I used to go to this dentist but I would not recommend it. The dentist is fine but the customer service is not. Twice I had my appointment canceled by them without any communication or notice. Most recently, I did not receive any text or phone call confirmation, so I called on the day of to confirm my appointment, and I was told my appointment was canceled because I did not confirm it sooner. When I said that I never received a text or a phone call to be able to confirm, I was told that was not true. So I checked my texts and missed calls, but found nothing. Rather than an apology for not calling me, I was told it did not matter, I could no longer be seen at my appointment time. Excellent! This was my first visit to Riverdale Dental office, and I was so impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The office was clean and modern, and I felt very comfortable. Dr. was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm so glad I found them!
