Dr. Dy is not only extremely knowledgeable but she has a wonderful bedside manner. I always feel like she takes the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explain treatment options. I have been seeing her for several years and find my visits consistently deserving of my 5 star rating.

Today, I had my first visit with Dr. Dy and I am so happy that I am a new patient at Riverchase Dermatology. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Dy was attentative to my health history and concerns; and provided good insight into the causes and treatment. I appreciate this greatly.

I have had only excellent experiences at this office over the years. Dr. Katrina Dy is a very professional and kind medical provider, and such a great educator - I never leave her office having questions on how to manage issues on my own. Office staff are exemplary, as well. Lastly, the office waiting room and exam rooms are comfortable and meticulously clean.

Everyone in the office is very friendly. The medical assistant I saw was personable and professional. She addressed my issues and spoke with Dr Cohen about them. Dr Cohen has great expertise and explained what my issues were and what I could do to help my condition He was easy to talk to. It was a pleasure interacting with everyone in this practice.

This office is run so well!!! Dr Dy is great. Knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very personable. The support staff is equally as professional. Plus I love how they always have the office decorated!!
