Riverchase Dermatology - Fort Myers West

I have nothing but good things to say about Riverchase Ft Myers West. I have beena patient for years, and they always take excellent care of me. The staff is friendly and professional, Sady Rego is a delight to work with and always leaves me feeling as though any treatment and/or concerns have my best interests at heart. My pups love Aunt Sady (and all the ladies)!

Dr. Lee and his assistant Vanessa made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. They both spent time explaining what to expect, how it would be done and care afterwards. They both also took time to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff.

I went in for a Mohs procedure on the side of my nose. This is my first time with that procedure and coupled with it being on my face, I was really nervous. From the moment I walked in, everyone was pleasant which helped ease my nerves. I was called back within a few minutes of arriving and met two nurses, both absolutely wonderful. Next I met Dr. Pennycook and I knew instantly I was in good hands. He was very thorough explaining everything and walked me through everything he did. And may I also mention I was there during a “cold” Florida winter day and was given a warm blanket….just the touch I needed for a very nerve wracking experience. I hope I never have to go through that procedure again, but if I do, I am going to Dr. Pennycook.

I have been seeing Gina Petracco for several years. At today’s visit she saw two spots that concerned her. She clearly explained the plan to biopsy the spots. Her medical assistant was very kind and thoughtful. I feel confident in my treatment plan.

10/10 experience !! Rory and his assistants are so kind and caring. After multiple surgeries done with them for dysplastic nevi spots, i can solidly say… they truly do the best job! They will talk to you through the procedure, keeping your mind off of it and easing any nerves. Rory is very gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough! Him and his team have a level of professionalism and compassion that is unmatched. Highly recommend this dermatology office to anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond! They are all so amazing
