Riverbend Village Dental Care

I’m very excited about doing a review for Riverbend Dental. It’s not everyday that people are excited about going to the dentist but I am, lol. My first appointment was getting a 🦷 cleaning which was completed by a Lyeasha. She thoroughly explained everything as she was going through the process. Dr. Jacqueline B Sonceau, DDS, is such a wonderful person and the care she provides to her patients is so appreciated. She is a gem 💎 The service received is just as amazing as the ladies in the front office whom I love and enjoy speaking with so much when I’m there. I recommend Riverbend to anyone that is looking for dental care. MAB 🌻

using RVD 2 years now and I recommend. Brand new building as of 2 years ago. Online scheduling is huge factor for me. an indication they truly care about their patients Is that when you’re done with your dental exam or procedure. Another thing I think is need to indicate they care about patient comfort and service is that you remain in the DENTAL chair until the front desk is ready to Check you out. Instead of being hustled out of the chair and standing in line at the checkout desk. Scheduling so far has been better than average, but I’m concerned as this place gets popularity. They’re scheduling Will not be as accommodating as it is now which is a good thing for their business.

The had the most pleasant experience at your office. Everyone was awsome! Your staff made me some comfortable. They help me and answer all my questions. The dentist was so helpful and made me fill at easy. THEIS DENTIST OFFICE SHOULD BE EXAMPLE FOR ALL ,IN HOW IT SUPOSE TO REPERSENT EVERY PATIENT. if I could give zero stars I would. Worst care, business. I feel like these folks will get you in for one thing and pick your pockets as quickly as possible. In my opinion, you should RUN!!!! away from this place.AND as for those 5 star reviews.........suspect....very suspect.
