Want everyone to understand that it's everyone's choose to agree or disagree what I am not trying to do nasty comments. These are how I feel about this this vet and what happened. Just wanted to share this. I disagree with the Dr decision to keep Rufus and see. Because I disagreed I was told to get another vet to do it or surrender my animal so they can keep him alive. Turns out that we were right. We took him to another vet. Rufus was pale so pale that she couldn't believe he hadn't passed on his own. He was in pain there was only really a shell of Rufus. He was in renal failure and there is no guarantee he wouldn't make it or last a few weeks to whenever. Plus he had a massive infection in his paw. Riverbend was with me and family while they tried to figure out what was wrong with our dog Marley for the last few weeks. They always said they loved how friendly she was when we would go in. Unfortunately what she caught has a a 50/50 chance of survival and we had to put her down this past Saturday due to complications. Riverbend - thank you for taking the time to help her go peacefully.

Took my dog here to get spayed. Got her back covered in her own pee and poop stuck in her nails. When contacted the vet William Root was very rude and uncooperative. They also refuse to give any pain meds claiming it is to help with her pain tolerance. We requested blood tests before the spay and they did the bare minimum test that wouldn’t indicate any true issues with her health. Receptionist is nice but the vet is definitely a quack

I bring all 3 of my dogs to Riverbend. I wouldn’t bring them anywhere else . He’s also made house calls to our injured lame larger animals. I trust him and Dr Andreen 100%. They have a very special interaction with the animals . Thank you Riverbend Veterinary Hospital. I recommend you to all my friends. The veterinary technicians have a warming welcome for our sick or injured fur babies. 5 stars all round . Oh,and I just loved their scented candles 👌🏻

So far awesome! Kitten is getting spayed today so I will update after the surgery is done. ----- Kitten did excellent and I am so grateful. My mother said it was the cleanest spay scar she has ever seen.
