I took my child one time, and the service was great!! When it came to billing, that is where it all went wrong. They charged me for 2 visits and 2 leg braces, in which I can prove in multiple ways that we only had 1 visit and 1 brace, child ended up having a broken leg, that is why one visit and brace. I reached out multiple times to go over the bill, and they never called back, I had to keep calling. It was so much easier to deal with my insurance than the billing department of this place! I reached out again only to be told I created conflict because I did not agree with being charged for services we did not receive and was told my family was never welcome in the establishment again. So watch what they bill you for and always check with your insurance company!!

I have had the opportunity to live in a lot of different states and in Europe. I have had to have some physical therapy done in those places that I have lived. Big Country Rehabilitation is the best facility I have ever been in!! Starting from when you are welcomed at the front desk to all that work in the clinic, the professional, outstanding, compassionate, highly knowledgeable, etc. care that they provide is the BEST I have ever experienced!! The atmosphere is always upbeat and friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Big Country Rehabilitation!

They are the greatest! They work hard to get you to your full potential! The staff are concerned about you as a person. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make a "workout" the best experience possible!
