Dr. C and her office a great. They were caring to my kids I want to share my experience. Very seldom do I ever have to wait My family loves Dr. C! Just like my parents did when my brothers and sisters were all patients.

Can't thank Dr. C and her office enough for always being so accommodating. And especially during sick season. Complaining about wait time at a Dr's office is beyond lame! Our small city is medically undeserved when comes to Pediatrics! And Dr. C and her staff are doing their very best to make a difference. Ignore the noise Dr. C, we love ya!

As a first time mom, I found one of the front desk workers to be rather rude and unhelpful the first couple of times I visited the office with my (at the time) newborn. Dr. C and some of the nurses are actually great! Other nurses seemed inexperienced… I also never received any texts, calls, or emails about appointments and as far as I know, there is no patient portal or way to access our visit info online. Not a necessity but something convenient that almost every office offers now. I was willing to over look a few issues I had until I went to their website recently and noticed their vaccine policy had changed. They now advertise specifically as an office that doesn’t “mandate vaccines - we support informed choice”. Totally fine but I did my research before choosing a pediatrician six mo

My daughter has been Dr. Ivonne Sahagun-Carreon patient for 2.5 years. Although wait time is a little longer than anticipated, the staff has always been friendly and I love Dr. SC.

Omg, called 27 time after the recorded time of them having lunch from 11:45 - 12:45. Mind you I also called at 11:40 but it went to call center or answering service. I figured ok they left early .... no biggie I'll call after lunch. I called at 12:45 the time it said they are back from lunch, and nothing. Why have a message if you don't follow it. When they finally came back from lunch and turned the phones back on you can speak with anyone. It send you to a voice-mail... Why? I just had a simple question.
