If the person that handles this account and posting to everyone post, toke more time with the patients it might help! All of these families saying there loved ones died at this facility is alarming! Don’t let your loved ones stay here! Yes I have spoken to admin and the whole administration staff is full of shhh! So quick with the fingers but won’t speak up about the abuse those people are receiving!

The staff of Rivertowne treated my Dad like a vip. He loved his nurses,Cnas,and every staff member. They treated him with great respect of his needs. We made new family friends there. Thanks to the staff!!!

One star because I cant go lower. My mom got moved there after her hospital stay for rehabilitation no one took the time to answer her when she called the help button for assistance to the restroom and she had an accident and then again called for help and no one came. She called me at home and I called the nurses station and my call was answer and then promptly hung up on. The second call the front desk sent through was never answered. I hung the phone up when I finally arrived. Front of the building just had staff sitting there....nurses station everyone just sitting there....until I came up and asked for assistance for my mother who then had to be sent to the ER since her oxygen had dropped being there. What happens to the patients that dont have family to check in on them? Im telling y

I loved the services that we received. Everybody treated my mom and my family as if we were family. I would recommend the facility to anyone who needs quality care. I really appreciate the quality care that was given to my mother. I would like to thank everyone.
