Here's my story about the sensational dental services I received at River Smiles Dental. PreCOVID-19, I had two temporary crowns placed. Two weeks later when my new permanent crowns arrived, we were under the Stay at Home order. Over the next month the temps held up fairly well. Then, one day - I had some pain. I called Dr. Watkins to discuss. She mentioned that I should consider having the permanents on more sooner than later, thereby avoiding the excruciating pain I could feel should one or both temps fall off and/or avoiding the possibility of a root canal or two. Because there's no telling how long this pandemic will go on for, yet terrified at the thought of going to the dentist to have work done with my mouth agape, I made the hard decision to go ahead with having the permanents pla

So glad I found this place! All of the staff are amazing, nice, and very accommodating. I’m always very anxious and stressed when going to the dentist but they make it easier, chatting with you and are genuine when talking with you, makes you feel like you’re talking with friends you only see every once in a while. They always tell you what to expect, what they’re going to do before they do it and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. I’d highly recommend them!

I just got my first cleaning in over 5 years. Joanne was so gentle, thorough, and amazing. NO PAIN! They held my 5 month old son for me the entire time. River Smiles will be our family dentist for as long as we live here!

I've been going here for years now and I always have the best experience. It's the first dental office I've ever felt comfortable going to because of not just the friendly staff, but also the thorough care they give their patients. As long as I live in RF this will be my place.

I've been going to Dr Watkins since started her practice in River Falls. I have been pleased with the work I have had done.
