Family Fresh Market Pharmacy

My doctor called in an RX to Family Fresh Pharmacy yesterday (Saturday) by 1:24 PM. The pharmacy was scheduled to close at 3 PM. I gave them plenty of time to fill the RX and contact me through their automated system as to not bother or pressure them. After not receiving that automated message, I decided to drive to the pharmacy. I arrived at 2:45 PM. The pharmacy was closed up tight. 🤬

In and out quickly picking up my meds.

There’s one very very passive rude lady who always seems to answer the phone. Every time Ive called I’ve been nothing but nice and polite but have received nothing but horrible attitude and horrible customer service. My sick mother just called me and complained about “a rude lady from the pharmacy”, who had called her and had a horrible attitude from the start of the call. I have grown very sick of her attitude and rudeness towards me and my family, and it seems other customers are having the same problem based on these reviews. I hope she soon loses her position, as a result. If not my family and I will be finding not only a new pharmacy but a better grocery store. Do better.

We've had good luck here since ShopKo closed. As a former pharmacy tech, I knew Family Fresh was the next best option in RF. They are on top of returning medications filled a week ago to stock, which is my own fault for forgetting to pick them up. They are helpful in answering questions and addressing concerns. Keep up the good work!

They don’t always have prescriptions that have come in a good hour or two before I get here ready which can be annoying. It’s always we’ll have it ready in about 20 min. A few of the women are kinda rude too. But they do fill the prescriptions and are great at answering questions
