First and last time customer. There’s a reason big box stores are better. Went in for a Covid/ flu test. The price was $5 more than CVS. That’s uncalled for.

This pharmacy is fraudulent. After chronically terrible experiences with CVS, I called my insurance previously to confirm that I would be fully covered if I moved my prescriptions to River RX. I was told yes, and I was looking forward to a better experience. Today, on my first visit, they overcharged me by $70. In order to rectify the situation, I had to call my insurance company again and then have them call River RX to get them to commit to refunding me my money—which took an extra trip to get. After reading other reviews, this upcharge feels like a scam they use on the regular. They weren't even apologetic about it.

Best pharmacy in this area. Narender (the owner/pharmacist) is incredibly smart and personable. Best of all, he’s willing to go the extra mile to help with all kinds of issues. I find most of the personnel efficient and helpful. Some are more social than others but so what. I’m not depending on my favorite pharmacy to provide a boost to my social life. Can’t imagine why anyone would complain about this wonderful neighborhood pharmacy.

Unfortunately, new ownership has not been great. I’ve received several incorrect prescriptions, there is a lot of miscommunication between staff, and prescriptions aren’t delivered when they are supposed to be. I hope that it improves, as the location is convenient and the girl who works at the front couldn’t be nicer.

Great local pharmacy with access to hard-to-find meds that the big chains are often out of. The staff and pharmacists are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
