River Road Pharmacy

I take a low dose compound medication for my CFS and they never have it ready no matter how soon I call. I’ve called, text, and still it’s never done in time. Most of the time they say, “I don’t know why it’s not done yet!” It’s exhausting. I have also had staff argue with me or completely ignore a complaint that my meds are never done in time. Currently looking for another compounding pharmacy.

I'm going to start this by saying the employees seem super excited to be under new ownership with that being said. However, I am not super impressed sadly. It took 12 days, for my sons prescription to be filled.. 12 Days.. I'm going to assume since the windows have a sign saying they're upgrading technology that that is where the issue is coming from. But I hope they get it figured out very soon. Because it's the only pharmacy that I can get my son's prescription..

First time using a compounding pharmacy. Figure why not give it a try. Every time frame is "tomorrow " impossible to actually contact. Only get responses through text and it's only in all caps, so literally screaming and me. They say they will message when it's ready while knowing fully that they never even ordered the stuff. Next time I'm asking my doctor if I can just get the script and do it myself. I got a biology degree, it can't be that hard. Will not be coming back. Maybe I would be in a better mood to wait the 2 to 4 weeks if I wasn't in constant pain having hypothetical relief waved in front of me.

Had to go there twice today and they had my and my daughter’s urgent prescriptions ready to go within 45 mins.

Have been a happy paitent for years. Starting in July it now takes weeks to have medications refilled, meaning I run out and do without medications regularly now. Every time I call in a med it is out of stock then they fail to order more. I call in every couple days and they say they still havent ordered it. After inability to access myltiple medications on multiple attempts for a month, I finally gave up and requested to transfer my prescriptions. My new pharmacy has been faxing requests for weeks with no reply. I now can't get anything refilled via them or now anywhere else either. What ever is happening had completly cut off my access to my medications.
