Dr Perry is kind and very considerate. The sad thing for me is that after the decompression surgery for chronic head and neck pain after 10 years, my pain went from a 6 to a 9. I thought it was just because I had surgery, as the numbness wore off I seen realized how bad the pain really was at all my follow-ups it was hurting so bad and he just kept telling me that he promised it would go away. The last time I called I was informed he didn't do video calls anymore. I don't live in Houston just as most of his patients do not either. It has been almost 2 years and the pain is still debilitating. Also his staff is very kind, but they rarely answer the phone and if you get a call back we were thankful.

I’m not writing this review for the center itself — everything here is honestly too expensive — but for Sandy, because she truly deserves it. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and did a perfect job. I’ve had this treatment done before, and this one was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Sandy is amazing at what she does!

I was referred to Dr Perry for nerve decompression surgery from Dr Blake @ The Headache Center of River Oaks. At our first consult Dr Perry reassured me I was a prime candidate for this surgery. He was very thoroughly and went over in detail what the surgery entailed and what to expect afterward. After seeing approximately 9 different doctors in 5 years I felt like I had finally found a doctor that could help me. I had nerve compression surgery Sept 29, 2021. I no longer have any nerve pain at the base of my skull! I am beyond happy to being able to live my life without chronic pain! Update: 2 years post surgery my nerve pain has slowly come back although not as severe as it once was. Prior to this surgery my pain level was always from a 4 to 9. Now 2 years post-op my pain level ranges

Had my Nerve decompression surgery today, I could not be happier with everything, the staff is very friendly and help and guide you through the entire process, I was referred to by Dr. Pamela Blake and Dr. Carlton Perry is the best, he explains in detail how everything will go and makes you feel at ease and comfortable from the start. I highly recommend anyone that is on the fence on which doctor is the best for you. Thank you Dr. Perry and your wonderful staff! you made me feel so welcomed from the start!
