River Elite Performance

This is my second time working with Jon for knee problems. He does a great job creating workouts for your specific stage of post surgery recovery. Additionally, having one on one attention makes physical therapy much more effective. Since he is more hands on, he is able to tell you when your body is ready to be pushed or when you need to take a step back. I would highly recommend River Elite Performance.

Highly recommend this practice. Jon is outstanding! He is highly knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Thankful for him! The approach, one on one for the entire PT session and facility is top notch. It's the first time I have seen success since hip labrum surgery! My hips and back are addressed and treated and Jon's communication between my surgeon and myself leave nothing uncovered. I understand the process and have clear expectations. River Elite Performance has been life changing in the best way! I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. I am glad I found this place after traditional cookie cutter PT failed me. Thank you will never be enough!

Rebecca has been an excellent physical therapist. She took the time to properly troubleshoot a diagnosis of back pain radiating to my hip. We developed an iterative plan over several weeks and I have seen a dramatic improvement in my mobility and reduction in pain. I'm confident I will be running and lifting weights again thanks to her guidance! Would highly recommend.

John is literally the best. Having torn my ACL in both knees, he has made me come back better & stronger each time. I recommend him to everyone I know that has any problems and wants to get better. Whatever problem you may have, he’ll have you even better than before in no time.

Rebecca is amazing! She’s thorough, thoughtful, and I loved having my PT oversee both my therapy itself and all my exercises during my session. It’s so much better than going to a large PT office. She got me back to running after a torn muscle, and I’m so grateful.
