If I could give zero stars, I would, which is sad because the doctors are wonderful. The office staff allowed non-service animals inside the office. Other patients in the lobby were expressing concern, so I asked the office staff about this. The office manager then said they cannot ask if the animals are service animals by law. While you cannot judge, these animals did not appear to be service animals. One office staff member even went over to pet the dog and did not wash their hands after the encounter. Most owners of service animals ask that you not pet them. See photos for reference.

It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Willeford and staff. DR. is always happy and takes great care of my eyes. The office is exceptional in time management. Never have to wait to get your eyes examined or find new glasses. Their Eyewear selection is great. Large comfortable waiting room is a plus.

Had my annual eye exam this week. It was such a great experience. All empoyees were friendly, I was seen by my Doctor very quickly and the office is very well run. My eye doctor is Dr. Williford and I highly recomnend him. I was having a hard time with my vision a year ago and he found I had cataracts. He recommended another great surgeon and I have almost perfect vision now. I am so thankful. Thank you everyone!

I have been going to Ritz&Johnson for 2 years now. Very pleasant staff. My optometrist is very knowledgeable and referred me to surgeon for cataract removal. She was the only optometrist to inform me that I have a freckle on the back of me eye.lan on going here for the forseeable future.

Dr. Menjivar consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and courtesy, making my son's eye examinations engaging. My son genuinely enjoys his visits to Ritz & Johnson for his eye care, and the staff consistently provides exceptional service. Today's customer service was exemplary, with the team going above and beyond to ensure my son was satisfied with his eyeglasses selection. They patiently addressed all of his inquiries.
