I've been a client here for 10 years, since they first opened. I've moved around the Bay Area, but I keep coming back here because the quality is worth the drive. Julie and her team are incredibly kind and warm. They create a welcoming environment that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend the microdermabrasion; the results are excellent, and people compliment my skin after I visit. I also come here for waxing. It is a painless experience—I believe they use a high-quality blue wax—and it is consistent every time. I've referred family members here, and they told me the waxing was much better than other places they tried. I agree! The front desk staff is also warm and friendly, and the new web booking system makes scheduling simple. I like that I don't have to call to make an appointmen

Horrible customer service. Called the same day to talk to someone because I was sick and had an appointment the same day. It was a recording so I had to leave a message. You would figure places like this don’t want you to go there when you’re sick. It’s my first time there and had a gift card. They texted me and said if I don’t go there, they’re gonna charge me 50% service fee for not showing up. Unfortunately, they Failed to show empathy and deducted my gift card anyways I told themI will not be going there anymore.

I took my 13 year old neice for a facial today in the evening at 630pm. We had never been here before, so we had no idea what to expect. Shawna (I hope I got her name right) was the best! She was so friendly, approachable & informative! I was inside the room for a little while until they both got settled in, then stepped out to make a phone call. Shawna told me that I could come back in at any time. As an auntie, that made me feel reassured about my nieces safety. I was a bit worried about the extraction portion of the facial because i didn't want my niece to get hurt, but I quickly realized I had nothing to be worried about. Both my wife and I love going here. They take care of you after asking your preference and motivation of going there. Unlike many other places in the bay area, their facial is effective yet gentle. Hyaluronic and no fuss facials are recommended.
