Every staff member I spoke with at Rite Choice was professional and cordial. After patiently figuring out my out-of-state insurance, the doctor smoothly administered my shots. I'll be happy to return to Rite Choice for my future pharmacy needs.

They were giving me a hard time and an attitude. Changing pharmacies after that. This has been my first bad pharmacy experience

I went to pick up my prescription and needed to purchase OTC stuff using my eCard from United Health. I was told that some of the stuff was not covered when in fact they were covered. The clerk kept fidgeting with the payment gadget which she claimed wasn't working properly. I called the pharmacy later after a few days and was informed that there was nothing wrong with their machine. This is the second time I have had a problem with this one particular clerk. The very first time I used the pharmacy in January, she told me that the machine will not work because she just tried serving another customer with a similar card and it didn't work.
