Rite Care Pharmacy

Service is prompt, courteous, professional and pharmacist informs me about my medications and contraindications. The store is always clean.They are always open when I need something and the pharmacy staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They file my insurance claims for me and let me know if there are any delays, when refills are due, and when they are ready for pickup.

I recently had a bad experience with Rite Care Pharmacy I called to change my credit card because I knew I would not be able to pay for my incoming refill, sadly they didn’t care and they charged me on my credit card that I clearly explained DO NOT TO USE, so I called them about the situation and the lady didn’t apologized, and she also said that they didn’t have any information about me calling for changing credit cards (even though she gave the information from my credit cards) What bothered me the most is that she was acting like she didn’t care and didn’t offer me any solution so I ended canceling my prescriptions. Good luck everyone I hope you don’t have to go through my situation.

I've had no issues thus far with the way things are handled at this pharmacy. The staff is very friendly, respectful, and quite knowledgeable. There is also no delivery charge. They have two methods of delivery. You can choose either FedEx, UPS, or USPS to deliver your medications or you can use their delivery system. They have drivers that drive to Dallas and neighboring cities and I usually get my medication within the next day. It's very convenient and I will definitely keep doing business with them!

I have only two prescriptions with this pharmacy, but if my one prescription is low and requires approval for refills it is an absolute headache to have them call me to let me know that they supposedly have a hard time getting a hold of anyone at the doctors office. Yet my doctors office says they have never received any phone calls from them. Another time it took me two times to call them to put one of my regular medications on automatic refill. This pharmacy is truly incompetent.

These people must not keep their records up to date. The last 2 times I've had to renew my prescription the automatic refill system tells me my prescription number has been change to a different number and the new number can't be refilled. When you try to call you get put on hold and no one ever comes to help you. I've been on a continuous hold now for over 1 hour.. I live pretty far away, but because of the medication I need, this is only one of two pharmacies in the US that can fill it. I've now been on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Ridiculous.
