Rite Aid Pharmacy

My experience had been that prescriptions are NEVER started until you walk in, which is supremely annoying for prescriptions that have been called in by a physician hours or even days before. And impossible to get through to pharmacy...I just got cut off four times in a row; fifth time received circa-1982 busy signal. Really? Do phone systems even COME with that retro-tech any more? Ordinarily I use express scripts—worlds more efficient and less costly. But when it's a new prescription and you can't wait a week for delivery, that's not feasible. Don't know if it's a staff shortage issue or what, but if so they need to hire more personnel.

This is easily the worst possible place you can get a prescription filled. The staff is incompetent, it takes them forever to fill a simple prescription, your medicine will never be ready when they tell you. Go to QFC, go to Bartells, drive to Marysville or Burlington. Go ANYWHERE but RiteAid pharmacy in Stanwood.

The people here are always very quick and friendly.
