I had a very pleasant experience with the staff and dentist "Dr. Joe" at Port Susan Dental. The staff was very professional and listened to my concerns and needs for dental care. The main thing I noticed is they all are upbeat and positive in their attitude. It was very important that the patient and family understand what procedures would be performed and what to expect. The entire staff were all focused on providing the very best care. I especially liked the way that the Dentist sat and listened to me first about what I wanted before he picked up any instrument to examine my teeth. I cannot recommend this Dentist more highly. The team in the office is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Joe is a craftsman on my second appointment. I had a crown and the next day. I couldn’t even tell I had a crown. My gums were in good shape and the crown was perfectly fit. I enjoyed my entire 3 1/2 hours in the office (they designed and printed my crown). If you’ve had a crown, you know how intense the procedure is and how often your gums can be injured or be torn a bit and leave you sore from having your mouth open so wide. Just things that I thought were de riguer, or, to be expected, and now as I enter my 60th year, I have just learned that you don’t have to do expect that kind of experience. I had a great experience with Dr. Joe and the team. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Joe is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well-cared for during my appointment. Dr Joe. Is an excellent Dentist. Very caring ,gentle and kind. I'v had a few teeth pulled. But I have never had the pain free experince. As I have had with DrJoe. I am so happy to have such a top notch Dentist. Also Joann is the reason I still have teeth. She has been my hygeneist for 30 years . I followed Joann to Port Susan Dental.
