Rite Aid Pharmacy

The service here is incredibly slow. My prescription was submitted before noon, but when I arrived at 3 PM, it still wasn’t ready. When I asked the pharmacy tech for an estimated wait time, she told me it would take another two hours. In total, it took them five hours to process a single prescription. If you have other options, I recommend avoiding this pharmacy.

Every month I have to repeatedly go to their service counter in person (multiple trips) to receive consistent prescribed medication. Every month. It goes without saying that you can't reach them on the phone, good luck trying though. Attempting to ask the staff for assistance with ensuring reliable, accurate prescription fills receives pushback and general excuses "oh we struggle to deliver on time, because we're so busy" etc. Really if there was another pharmacy nearby I'd look at changing because, while there are some staff that are friendly enough, overall the service here is absolutely gutter.

This store is always under stocked, the pharmacy staff are overworked because of chronic understaffing which delays perscriptions AND they are rude about it

Store is half empty, cashier heads to the back and left me standing there 5 minutes before somone comes out to help. No wonder it's going out of business! Coulda just strolled out the door. Lame.

They got Thrifty ice cream here....or used to...are they still open?
