Helpful, friendly service. Extremely clean, updated store. Pharmacy works with you to do their very best to get your scripts quickly and deal with phoning Dr's and insurance to clear up issues with holds on medications. Can't be an easy job. Hard-working people that go out of their way to help others get the medications they need. Thank you very much pharmacy staff 🙏💖🌟

Slowest pharmacy ever! Your scripts could be called in by the doctor. You were just at around 9 a.m., but still won't be filled by 4 pm. You have to call and ask them if the script is there, and they will say, " Yes." Then you have to ask them to fill them. They will say, "Give us an hour." Like give me a break, I'm already sitting in the parking lot. I've learned to call them as soon as the doctors call in anything from now on. Believe me, it works! You can also have your routine meds due to be refilled, and you're on the automatic refill list. What a joke! Days can go by, and you will run out and have to call them to be refilled. Make sure you do it before the weekend, just in case you have no refills left and they need to fax it over to your doctor. Unbelievable!

Tried calling today and the phone is just a never ending ring. One worker told me a few days back that my meds would be ready and they would call me when they are ready for pickup, never got a call and when I called back my meds weren’t even ordered and I can’t order them because I still had 8 days left before my insurance will pay for them. I will say the in person interaction I had with one of the workers was nice she was friendly.

The store itself is okay like any other drugstore however if you're going to use the pharmacy I would rethink it I've been with them for about 2 months and it's been a very difficult process,long wait times, unfriendliness. And if you call, you never get in touch with a pharmacist. In this case my prescription was short when I left the drugstore but it's been days of calling several times a day and you never get through to anyone. This has been the case since the very beginning. It's very frustrating and I never had this problem at the other rite aid they were very professional. And there was no problem getting through on a phone call to a pharmacist. Very disappointed with the service and wanted to change since the very first day I've been with them.

I have been going there for a few months. The counter staff are friendly. The drive through is not working. Several times my order was not ready even though the doctor called them hours ago. When I get a text that the meds are ready. I go there and they can't find it. My daughter and neighbor are haveing the same issues. We are going to change pharmacies.
