Aspen Dental - Mt. Pocono, PA

Great experience from start to finish. Staff was great. Dr. Kim and Marcus (hygenist) were very detailed in explaining my treatment to me. The manager, Nina was amazing. Very soothing demeanor. She helped me get finances in order and get scheduled.

I was and am a new patient. I had an emergency broken front tooth. I was able to make an appointment as walking in at 9am. The entire staff when I arrived was very nice and very organized. They were able to get me right in, X-rays, internal mouth exam and repaired my bridge the same day. I was very impressed with this facility and staff. This staff is very nice, respectful, organized and all know their roles extremely well. I will now be a full-time patient. I am going to tell everyone I know to go to this office!

Wish I could give 0 stars. nobody follows up or keeps you updated on anything. I've called a million times for my retainers they ordered.they set me up with an appt. To pick them up. I took off work for the appt. Showed up for them to tell me they arent there. That they would call in two weeks. Never received a call. I called multiple times and Left multiple voicemails. My current retainers are almost not wearable. If my teeth move back and get messed up after I spent 3k to get them fixed I will fight for aspent dental to fix them at no cost to me because this is on them. I dont complain much and I understand places get busy but its been almost two months with no one keeping me updated.

I had the best experience ever at a dentist office visit ever. The people were very informative as to my care. The finance person was very helpful and detailed in his explanation of process. I am definitely comfortable going there for all my future dental needs. My wife was with me and even she was so impressed with everything that she is also switching to Aspen Dental. I want to thank the whole staff for making the process very delightful. I'll be back. I went to get an adjustment on Nov 7 2025, and it was a fantastic visit. Alana the tech that took care of me is just Great! I continue to be impressed with the quality of work that they perform. Keep up the great work guys.

The staff were very helpful and considerate . Pricing was a little hard to hear but I understand was able to get financing and a payment plan to start getting the work needed to fix my smile. So overall I had a great experience.
