Rite Aid Pharmacy

No long lines and the pharmacist greeted me by name and immediately grabbed my scripts and I was in and out in 5 minutes. In the past I've had problems with partial fills when they were busy but always had the balance next day and called me immediately and it's never taken long.

Great service. People complaining on here about their wait time, how long do you wait at your doctor's office? A pharmacy is a healthcare facility, not fast food. If McDonald's rushes your order and makes a mistake they might forget to put pickles on your burger. If a pharmacy were to rush and make a mistake it could cause you serious issues.

Worst customer service experience. I waited for 30 mins in line for a flu shot, only to get to the counter to be told they couldn’t see walk-ins. Why do they advertise that they take walk-ins then??? My time is very limited and I barely have time to do things I need to for my health and well-being. I will never return to this pharmacy again.

Jenna a girl at the pharmacy counter told me she did not feel comfortable giving me medication. This is when I have gotten my medication 100 times there a few days Early with my chronic health issue. I have never been treated so terribly. She is honestly not good for rite aid or her position and needs to be removed immediately. The way she treated me was absolutely disgusting and unbelievable. She demeaned me and put me down saying things like “I’m not going to help you because you are not being polite” my fiancé called and she all the sudden could give me two of my pills cause my fiancé asked politely since I am having a flair. She is trying to act like the judge and the jury with medication and that is a disgusting act. I will 1000 percent be contacting corporate and her supervisors. I h

He said it would be 14 min. I saud we wsted already almost a hour .he again said you don't have appointment.
