Rite Aid Pharmacy

Very rude pharmacist. Speaks to you as if you are bothersome and stupid. Even when the questions are valid and the mistake is theirs. I just want to make sure all of my scripts are filled, so I don’t have to go back multiple times when I could have just waited. If someone has difficulty with customer service, maybe they shouldn’t answer the phones.

Often rude, prescriptions never filled promptly, will get text saying meds are done only to go thru the drive thru and have them tell u to come back because they "can't have you plugging up the drive thru", Yet you just sat behind someone someone 30 minutes waiting,Take forever to get refill requests done even days after your doctor will say its been approved, often don't have enough meds to fill prescriptions. My meds are non-narcotic and are for a heart condition.. so very important...Lack of manners altogether, so much so that as of tomorrow I'm using a mailing prescription program. Over it.

Very nice pharmacists. One drawback is the amount of empty shelves.
