Rite Aid

The Pharmacist at this location, Lucinda is extremely unprofessional. I would be hard pressed to let her fill any prescriptions of mine or my loved ones. She SPIT on a customer in the parking lot. Yes, you read that right. She actually spit on a customer and claimed her father was the magistrate so she basically could do whatever she wants without repercussion. Imagine that thought process if she gets a patients script and she doesn't like them!!

Terrible. Waited in a line with 15 people ahead of me to get medicine for my sick toddler. It took 40 minutes just to get to the front of the line for the rude technician to say that I have to wait another hour for my daughter’s medicine. (Please keep in mind that this prescription was called in at least 3 hours earlier.). Returned to the store in the evening to be told that the ‘pharmacy’ closed at 6 pm despite the sign on the front door saying 9 pm. I realize that times are tough for everyone right now. But, this type of service is truly ridiculous. When the workers are rude, the signs are labeled incorrectly and you are dealing with the health of a small child — you MUST be better. I will never use this Rite Aid (or any) ever again.

Doctor sent a script in on Wednesday. When I called they said they did not receive it. Called doctor and they said they had. Where is my prescription?
