My daughter and I had an excellent experience at this orthopedic clinic a sa new patient due to my daugher's sports injury. From moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and prossional. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, the medical assistant who brought us back were patient and caring, anad the PA took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer our questions. The gentleman who took my daughter's x-rays was gently and reassuring, and the staff member who fitted my daughter's CAM boot was very attentive and made sure she was comfortable. Disorganized. Also awful front desk customer service with inattentive people who are rude, always gossiping with each other rather than helping customers who are patiently waiting for help standing right in front of them. Unsure who is responsible for following up with clients on statuses of their insurances, but this has been an ongoing problem for already over a month upon trying to get MRI services. They will schedule you an MRI promising to let you know if insurance will cover you in advance before you have to arrive for your appointment, yet do not even fulfill this neither. I got zero confirmation that I was supposed to be getting, and had to be told right before my scheduled MRI appointment that they are not in network. I've always held back on posting this review because the back staff (doctors, nurses, & techs) are amazing. However, a few months ago a lady approached me during my appointment to get feedback on my experience because they were getting negative reviews about their front office staff. I shared my thoughts on how rude and unhelpful they are, and she said they were working on it. Things had improved for a few months but I find myself here again, and once again, back staff was amazing BUT the office staff is horrible! They are rude and will put you on hold for 10min without a word. I called 4 times and finally had to come in person to have my questions answered.

I highly recommend the Rio Grande City office. The staff there is very professional and the treat you like family not patients. My nurse Laura Hinojosa and PA Cassie are very loving and caring persons making us feel very comfortable in our moments of pain. The best clinic I have been in these past days.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff is friendly. I injured my shoulder in October of 2024 and when it didn’t resolve on its own I finally went here in December 2024. After doing an MRI in house they saw no rotator cuff tears and after that it was like I was dismissed. My pain never went away, my mobility never improved beyond picking up 5lbs over my head. I have been going to physical therapy for over a year with no significant improvement. Know what their resolution was? More steroid injections dispite the fact that I told them THEY DONT WORK. I’m still in pain and with no improvements after so many injections I did not want them anymore.
