Rio Grande Gastroenterology Clinic

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy this morning at 7:00 am. When I showed at the office was told by the staff that the Doctor that was to do the procedure was not working today. I asked about seeing someone else being I had gone with eating and done the bowl prep. I was to no I had to reschedule. If I saw any other Doctor today my insurance would not pay. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at a Doctors office.. I will be posting on many other social networks how poorly you run your office and advising them to choose another place of business
